We provide technical support to desktop PC’s, laptops, tablets, or netbooks running most versions of Microsoft’s Windows operating systems (Windows 2000, XP, Vista, and Windows 7). We limit support to the Windows OS as most other PC operating systems are minor in use, or more experimental than anything.

How Does it Work?
Simply fill out a support request form and click the ‘Submit’ button.
We will review your inquiry, and pending your issue, will respond via email with either a possible solution, or additional troubleshooting steps for you to follow. In many cases, most issues can be resolved with one of a few very simple tasks.
Since our service is email-based, we do not need to access your computer. We will not directly install any applications, or ask you to reduce any security or privacy settings you have in place. Due to this, our initial response may, or may not immediately resolve your situation. If needed, we will continue to troubleshoot your issue until we find a solution, or exhaust all efforts.
How are We Different?
Traditionally, tech support is offered in one of three ways; fee-based, free technical support provided by volunteers, or open forums. Instead, we communicate with your directly.
Paying for support is just plain expensive, especially if you are looking to fix problems with your home computer.
With volunteer-based support, you don’t know what you are going to get. The volunteers are typically doing so for coursework credit, and most likely have limited experience.
Most open forums have zero criteria to register. Because of this, a properly-run forum requires a fair amount of time to police, making corrections as needed, and very few do this with any consistency. We have witnessed on numerous occasions, how miss-information ultimately leads to nothing helpful.
